Specifications

XPS exclusive-use foam die,adopts special channel of fishtail structure,separateoil Temperature-controlling system,adjustable upper and lower die lips. Fits for foam plate with the thickness between 20-120mm and width between 600-1200mm.

  Mold steel and accessories: GB p20 or 5crnimo. Fasteners 12.9 high strength bolts. Heating elements made of high quality, durable stainless steel heating rods, heating coil, heating oil lip
Process: polishing precision: precision polished lip flow 0.015-0.03 (um), other streams polished precision 0.04-0.05 (um).
Plating: die hard chrome plated surface flow, the thickness of 0.03-0.04 (um), hardness 60-65Rockwellc, chrome outer surface layer thickness 0.01-0.02mm..
