Permanent NeFeB Magnetic grates
Product Description :
Hawell magnetic bar are usually made from 304 or 316 stainless steel tubes, we usually produce round and square shape bars , customization also acceptable.
Standard magnetic grates are assembled with stainless steel frame ,the bar is 25mm in diameter and any lenth as per customers' request up to 2500mm.
Standard working temperature<=80℃, if needed , maximum working temperature from 80℃ to 350℃ is also available.
Material : Neodymium Magnets and Stainle Steel
The two types of magnetic grate:
1,Square shape series :
2, Round shape series .
Application :
Magnetic Grate is widely use in our life ,such as hold ferrous fines, fragments, Water treatment, Food, drink and tobacco industry, Chemical industry, Recycling industry, Plastics production, Ceramic industry, Pharmaceutical industryand Other liquid(hydro- material) separation application.
Features:
1. Good corrosion resistance and no pollution.
2. Magnetic strength from 1500-12000gauss can be asked as per your requirements.
By using ferrite magnets or different grade rare earth magnets, different magnetic strength are available to meet your requirement. For example, the highest magnetic strength of Diameter 25mm tubes can achieve 12,000GS (1.2T).
3. Standard working temperature<=80℃, if needed , maximum working temperature from 80℃ to 350℃ is also available.
4. There are 2 kinds meterial: ferrite magnets & rare earth magnets.
*For normal magnetic bar equipped with Ceramic magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 3,000 Gauss on the surfaces, and could be used up to temperatures of 150
*For normal magnetic bar equipped with Rare
earth magnets, which could give typical peak value of more than 12,000 Gauss on the surfaces.
5. Fully seal welded with either plain ends or tapped ends to suit your application.
6. Various endsnail head: thread hole, double screw bolt, cusp, eye nuts, thread rod, round rod, nail head
and other kind ends are also available.
7. All of magnetic bars are waterproof. Condition: Well polished.
Packing:
1. By Sea: The products will be packed in a strong cartons with well-protected foam and then packed in strong wooden case or pallet. (Detailed package quantity should be made upon the real products)
2. By Air: The products will be packed in a strong cartons with well shielded magnetism iron sheets and well-protected foam ,then superadd the proof-rain plastic film outside.
Transportation:
1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air.
P.S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment.
2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise ship by air as we HAWELL MAG signed a long-term agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you.
