Product Description

 Led Neon Flex is comprised of solid-state Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) in series solder on Flexible PCB housed by an inner plastic extrusion core. the light source has SMD2835 and SMD5050,An UV stable outer plastic jacket further protects the inner core. The plastic jacket will be the translucent colored and the LED will be Red, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Green and White. Base our patented technical, we produce the Neon Flex  with a continuously color linear effect as well as Glass Neon.

1). 2 X Pure copper wire (0.75 sq . m . measure) as conducting wire, reducing line loss and volt. drop , more stable & safer.

 

2). Optically modified PVC extrusion : UV stable ; and PVC with heat/cool stabilizer, extremely high /low temp. resistant .

 

3). Complete kit including adapters, connectors & mounting clips enables easy installation.

 

4). Flexible, bendable, unbreakable & cuttable (cut at cutting marks).

2. Max. run length ?
 

-  240V /120V  _ one power cable could load 50m in one continous line.  

  ( Tips,240V/120V , no need LED transformer, there's one small power convertor  on power cable to convert AC to DC)

- DC24V _ max. run length is 20m powered from one end ; 40m powered from both ends.

- DC12V _ max. run length is 10m powered from one end ; 20m powered from both ends.

  ( Tips, if running too many meters, it will cause the voltage drop, which will be cause the different brightness and shortage life of the LEDs and damage the transformer. )

3. The difference, milky white or colored - PVC skin ?

-  The color with colored PVC skin looks _ deeper.

    ( Tips, Colored PVC skin _ red, blue, green, yellow , orange , pink  )

-  The color with milky white PVC skin looks _ slightly brighter.

4. Minimum bending radius ?

- Domed-shape LED Strip _   R 40mm    ( sideways bending )
