1. Summary
1) Purpose:Aluminum or aluminum alloy extrusion for making architectural profiles, industry profiles, Pipe and bar.

2) Extrusion technology
a) Preheating the extrusion barrel 4 hours in advance
b) Putting the dies in the die heating furnace and heating to 400℃
c) Heating the aluminum bars to 450℃
d) Put one bar in the extrusion barrel and extruding.
e) Controlled by the PLC or manually.
