Production process

1. Build steel stucture firstly, then cover plywood panel to it.

2. Clamp acrylic solid surface sheets to the plywood stucture.

3. Polish acrylic solid surface sheets, make joints seamless,

then wax them to reach 100 degree high glossy.

4.Install led lighting or related accessories.
