 Polyurethane waterproof coating is a liquid macromolecule waterproof material, is suit for constructing on dry, wet base, after coating it will cure,become durable, high elasticity, nontoxic, odorless waterproof membrane.It have water based and solvent based polyurethane waterproof coating,is a new type environment friendly waterproof material.

Advantages of construction:

Application

3).Surface structure: bridge, motorway, toilet, kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool, flowerbed.
4)Joint: expansion joint, construction joint, settlement joint, crack in the wall, coiled membrane joint.
5).Antisepsis: metal pipe, antiseptic terrace, antiseptic pool, wall, oil tank, sewage tank.
6).Adhesion: wood floor, cement board, ceramics, tiles, glazed tiles and etc.

Production lines

Construction Technology

Base course: The base course must be solid, clean, flat, and humid, no greasy dirt or dust; when there is a flaw or crack, it must be repaired by using cement mortar; and external corners should be made into circular arcs by spatula.
Stir and mix: Pour the additive into container with a certain ratio then pour the powder into the additive and stir adequately till they become mucilage without granules; to prevent layering and sediment, stir intermittently during use.
Construction: Directly use brush or brush roll to brushing the base course evenly, and make sure that there are no missed areas; brush 1 layer for damp proof, and 2-3 layers for waterproof. Brush the second layer when the first layer is not sticky (1-2h), and the direction shall be vertical.
Coating protection: After finish the slurry constructing, the coating shall be protected including pedestrians prohibited; rain erosion, insolation or sharp objects etc, it does not need special protection after the coating has been dry.
Coating maintenance: After construction have been done for 24h, use wet cloth to cover or spray with water to maintain the coating for 2-3days; if there’s high humidity or airless, drying time of coating will be longer, conversely it will shorter. Use mechanical ventilation to speeding if necessary for the project schedule.
Construction temperature: Between 5-40°C.

 

Cautions

1. Construct after the base coating is dry.
2. After the coating mix with water, use it within 30 minutes.
3. Do not walk on the film until it becomes dry, protect coating layer.
4. Put some coarse sand on the coating wall to intensify the adhesive action between the coating and protective layer.
5. Wear protective cloth when working.
6. Make protective layer upon acceptance.
7. Add dryer while constructing in low temperature(0°C—10°C)

Transportation, Storage and Packaging
Avoid exposed to the sun and rain and colliding during transportation.
Storage: It must be stored at cool and ventilated space, and the temperature must above 0°C, do not upend.
