1. Q: Where’s your company located?

A: Our head office and factory are both located in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China. It takes about 40mins by car from Shijiazhuang airport to our factory.

2. Q: Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter from China?

A: Yes, we are. We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sell all by ourselves.

3. Q: How do I purchase your goods?

A: Please send us enquiry via Alibaba, or email us, call us to tell us your need, we’ll reply you ASAP.

4. Q: How long is the lead time?

A: Usually it takes around 3-20days to finish production according to your quantity. If you need the goods urgently, please tell us, we can provide the goods faster if we have materials for the models you want in stock.

5. Q: How can I get a sample from you?

A: After confirming the sample model and design, we can send you samples by courier like Fedex, UPS, DHL etc…Samples can be provided free of charge, but courier freight needs to be covered by you, which can be returned to you when you place an order later.

6. Q: How can I pay you?

A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance after goods are finished.

The most common way to pay us is by T/T. Paypal, West Union are also acceptable.

7. Q: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?

A: Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.

8. Q: How the goods are delivered to me?

A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like UPS, DHL, ect.

For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder. Or if you don’t have a shipping forwarder, we’ll quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.

We can also do DDP (door to door service), then you only need to wait for goods arriving at home.
