1. Features
OEC-1350 Optical lens coating machine can coat anti-reflection film,reflective film,filter film,beam-splitting film,bandpass membrane,dielectric film,high reflectivity film,color reflection film and so on. The membrane system range from 0 to 99 layer.This machine has a wide range of applications for such field as auto reflective glass,telescope,spectacle lens,optical lens,luminescent cup and so on.If equipped with different evaporation source,electron gun, ionization source and film thickness gauge, It used for vapor deposition on the surface of metal,oxides,compound and other high melting point materials.It can also coat super hard film on the surface of glass.
