1. How do I place an order?

Its simple: just send us via email info(at) the code of products and quantity that you want to purchase.

Alternatively orders: you can visit our showroom and work with our Sale team about the order you place.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Terms of payment by T/T or irrevocable letter of credit at sight:

- 40% deposit down before production.

- Balance paid against the copy bill of lading.

3. What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?

- All of outdoor furniture is guaranteed for 18months excluding wear and tear.

- Defective items should be found within guarantee period.

- Different questions will lead to different solve ways, please contact with us individually.

4. How long is your leading time? For 20ft and 40ft container?

Normally, it takes 4 weeks for container 20ft, and takes 6 weeks for container 40ft base on working day. We will check all your order and inform the estimated leading time.

5. Do you customize customer’s design?

Yes, we are manufacturer. We can customize customer’s design.

6. How is your Packing and Shipping?

standard packing: inside with very soft plastic protector, outside with carton

7. How is your leading time of sample?

Sampling leading time: within 2-3 weeks upon receipt of advance deposit or confirmation for making samples.
