Our woven furniture is made from the finest quality man-made wicker.This remarkable material has many benefits,including a natural appearance, tear resistance,durable,UV resistance (UV exposure of 5000 hours) and weather resistance.Our wicker is also environmentally friendly,and is made from recyclable and non-toxic materials.Woven furniture can be left outside all year round. It’s a combination of excellent hand woven 

craft with fashion design. All kinds of rattans are available:flat,half-moon and round. They are SGS tested

and we offer a full variety of colors for you to choose from. 

B. Fabric---Cushion Colors: 

The cushion fabric is 100% solution dyed acrylic canvas,they are water repellent,

mildew resistant,stain resistant and color fast.Our cushions are built for comfort and outdoor performance.They are filled with either mildew-resistant urethane foam or wrapped with polyester fiber.

C. Frame---Aluminum:

Other manufacturers construct the frame with 1.0mm thick aluminum,but all our products are constructed with 1.2,1.5 and1.8mm thick tubes, which makes it strong enough to withstand the weight and pressure.We make it powder coated so that the frame is fully protected against corrosion and becomes virtually invisible once it has been woven over while some other suppliers never do that to reduce the cost.Powder coating also has the advantages of sturdy,strong,rust resistant and light weight.

Maintenance:

1.The product does not need special maintenance, but lightly sweep the dust away with a broom anytime if it issmeared.Or you can wipe it clean with a piece of wet cloth, and then dry it with a piece of dry cloth or better byblow drying.

2. After using the product for a period, clean it with light salt brine.Do not use the strong acid or alkali chemica ls. 

3. Do not put it near the strong fire hazard to prevent the cane,resin wood or sling materials from fading,drying,distorting,bending,cracking,loosening and falling apart.Do not hit the furniture or scratch its surface by hard or sharp objects.

A: Normally, the minimum quantity is 10 sets in New Way, However, we kindly understand an order intention is outlined with a sample order request. Therefore, we welcome customers to initiate a business opportunity by giving us a sample order.

2. Q: How many shapes for the rattan in New Way? 

A: Flat rattan, round rattan and half moon rattan are available.

3. Q: What kind of fabric density can you offer?

A: Normally we offer fabric density of 180 gram/square meter, 220 gram/square meter and 280 gram/square meter.

4. Q: What can be customized on the product specifications in New Way?

A: Customizations can be made on rattan color, rattan size, rattan shape, product size fabric color, cushion size, glass color, fabric density, packing and artwork etc.

5. Q. Where can I put your furniture?

A: It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor. For outdoor use, you can put them anywhere such as gardens, patios, backyards, beach, restaurants, hotels, resorts and coffee shops etc.

6. Q. How many kinds of parasols are there in New Way ?

A: We have aluminum pole parasol, wooden pole parasol and solar parasol available.

7. Q. Do you have promotion products?

A: Yes, we come up with 4-6 promotion schemes each year. We will always send you a notice e-mail to publicize the scheme details. Of course, you can always consult us for details and plans by just sending us a simple e-mail.

8. Q. How soon can I expect my goods to be ready for shipment?

A: A deposit is required to kick off the production. Therefore, counting from the date of receiving your deposit, we will need around 20-30 days for your order in low season (Apr.- Aug.) and 30-50 day in high season (Sept. – Mar.)
