A: We usually use 30% by T/T in advance, balance by T/T before delivery.
1) T/T (Telegraphic Transfer from your bank)
2) L/C (Letter of Credit), L/C is used for the larger quantity order shipped by sea and total amount over USD5000.

6. Q: If the voltage can be 110V, 60Hz?
A: Sure, we can make it. All electrical equipments can work under 110-250V power supply environment.

7. Q: Can you ship goods to my country? How long it will take? Who is the agent I should contact to track the shipment?
A: Yes, we can arrange the shipment. We would like to check the freight cost and shipping time after you confirm the destination port and order details. We have stable freight forwarder for arranging cargo shipment, we will track the cargo and send you the shipping timetable after goods on board.

8. Q: How about the guarantee and service?
A: Two years warranty.Spare parts included. If there is any problem, you could tell us the details situation or send some pictures if possible. We will let you know the solution ASAP. We could send you free replacements by DHL within 3 days during warranty . We would like to send the warranty letter for more details if you need.
