 3. ppr pipe welding machine Operation process:

1) fixed fusion splicer heating end, the fusion splicer placed on shelves, according to the required heating pipe installation specifications corresponding die head, use the wrench tight, generally small head in the front .

20 pipe hot 14 mm depth, the heating time for 5 seconds, the processing time for 4 seconds, cooldown 3 minutes.

25 pipe hot 15 mm depth, heating time 7 seconds, the processing time for 4 seconds, cooldown for 3 minutes.

32 pipe hot depth of 16.5 mm, 8 seconds, heating time and processing time for 4 seconds, cooldown 4 minutes.

40 pipe hot 18 mm depth, heating time of 12 seconds, the processing time for 6 seconds, cooldown 4.5 minutes.

50 pipe hot depth 20 mm, the heating time, 18 seconds processing time for 6 seconds, and cooldown for 5 minutes.

63 pipe hot 24 mm depth, heating time and 24 seconds.7 seconds and processing times cooldown 6 minutes.

 

 7)n the above-mentioned provisions of the processing time, just good welding joint can be corrected, but a small amount of rotation, but the processing time, it is strictly prohibited to correction.
