 The basic principle of compact spinning is to install a regional air gathering agency on the drawing deviec zone of the traditional ring frame spinning machines,make the required fiber output from the former roller jaws,

The scope of compact spinning machines

The main components for device of compact spinnning machines

 1.Output apron(gear box) combined pieces.

 Using the original spinning frame cradle combined with reformed components(gear box) achieve technical requirements for compact spinning machines spinning.

 2.Vacuum tube airstream gathered heterotypic

 After special treatment,the surface of Vacuum tube,through the principle of negative pressure fan,is to make sure of the effect of spinning under the cooperation of grid laps.

 3.Grid Laps

 Grip laps is one of the essential parts in compact spinning.We adopt the special material in our grip laps which has high tensile strength,minor running resistance and long using life.

Main character of compact spinning machines after reformed

 By using the technology of reformed compact spinning,comparing with traditional ring spinning,its advantages are as following:

 1.Yarn is more compact and has better finish.Yarn hairiness decreased abviously.Above 3mm of tube yarn,hairiness can be reduced more than 60%.

 2.Strength is increased by10%-15%,compared with ring spinning.

 3.CV% is better than ordinary yarn.

 4.We can use a lower level of textile raw materials to produce the same quality of yarn as traditional ring spinning of spinning frame or use same raw materials to make out of higher quality yarn.

 5.Breakage rate and fly decreased,hence the output increased obviously,the intensity of operative worker decreased significantly and the corporation cost delined.
