Q1: Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?

  A: Terra gloss does not offer free samples, because these products are high value products. We

      are willing to give our potential customers a special discount for product testing. It

      is meaningful to receive the feedback from our customers. We will be glad if you could send us

      the inquiry for the product you are interested in.

Q2: Does your company accept OEM & customized?

  A: Sure,we can do OEM & customized. Including product color and grit. What you need is

      only provide us your oun logo and your request. Any new products you want to customized,

      just send us your product drawing or sample.Futhermore, we will not sell to other customers if

      you are not agree.

Q3: How to place an order?

  A: Please send us the formal qutation. If you are too hurry to do the qutation, please send us the

      quantity you need. We will send you the formal PI. Afer you confirm every thing, we will

      prepare the product for you.

Q4: If we make the payment, how long you will make the shipment?

  A: It depends on the quantity of order. Generally it is 15-30 days .

Q5: What should we do if your product can not run well?

      Who can we contact if we get poor performance?

  A: If our product can not run well, firstly, please check the installation is correct or not? Then

      please check wether there is a problem with the machine. Thirdly please check if your worker

      operating the machine in the right way. After get rid of these possibility, then can confirm

      there are some problems with our products. Under this circumstance, please let your technical

      man operate the machine and uninstall our products,change to other manufacture's product

      temporatily. For example, if our segment can not cut, first please open the segment again,

      use brick or sandstone, if it is hard to open please use concrete. If still can not cut, please

      replace it with other manufacture's products to continue the production line. Please contact us

      directly if you get poor performance of our products, send us the detailed report for our

      analyse, it is better if you send back those used products so that our technical department can

      check the problem. If we find the reason is at our end, we will make compensation for our

      customers or replacement will be done immediately.

Q6: I want to be your agent, what is the conditions?

  A: If you want to be our agent, the good capability of marketing is necessary, the other items we

      can settle down by negotiation.
