Maintenance of the injection mould:

1)   before working

a:clean up the mould surface and make sure cool system is in good quality.

b:inspect the runner sprue,make sure it can work well.

2)  during working

a:exam the guide pin,guide bush,slide, oil the mould two times a day.

b:inspect the parting line,ejector tank,and runner surface

c:inspect the cool system,screw

d:exam the locating switch

2)    after working

cool system must be closed before it discharged from the injection machine.clean up the surplus water in the mould,inspect the mould surface make sure there is not any remnants and oil the working part.
