Most trailer boom lift models have a maximum capacity of 200kg, and with bespoke options available, 

they can easily lift your employees for carrying out aerial work. The boom lift options are all built with safety

them to and from locations with ease, stability and security. 

What makes Gemway's trailer boom lifts so special is that they can be moved by the worker on the 

unit itself. The self transportation system means that workers are completely selfsufficient, so cutting labor 

and time costs to you. In addition, we wanted to enable our users the possibility of using our machines

driving options, from gasoline through battery to AC. 

The main parts of articulated boom lift contains working cage, articulated boom, chassis, outriggers, 

regulating wheel and controller, please see below for more clear understanding. 

1. Anti-collision safety guardrail: 

It is used to protect user’s hands in case of collision with obstacles.

2. Controller: 

Include conttrol box and control panel, variable function speed control at platform and base 

controls for safe operation at the job-sites.

3. Outriggers:

High strength all steel base, with independently operated hydraulic outriggers.

4.Power box: 

Before operation, need to power on the system.

5. Inertial sensor: 

This device will brake towable boom lift automatically when trailer/van stop suddenly.

6. Hydraulic outrigger: 

The control box and control panel are both included, and have variable function speed controls 

that can be changed from both platform and base controls to ensure safe operations at work sites.

7. Regulating wheel: 

To adjust the height of whole machine for better movement behind of trailer, and keep level when working.
