Acceptance of Orders:
We welcome any type of Inquiry regardless of area or country. Order discussions are made by telephone or via E-mail with our representatives and they are considered for production only if given in writing to us formal order format
Prices:
Prices as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer will remain valid for three Month . Normally our prices without a written agreement are FOB. Any changes in design and material will change the agreed prices.

Delivery:
The Seller shall under no circumstances be liable for any costs, charges such as ocean freight, port duties, custom duties, unloading and handling of material. However if traffic duties added to us our quotation based on CIF will be changed and the buyer bears the traffic duties.

Payment:
Upon completion of a successful transaction the manufacturing will start immediately. No other conditions of payment have been stipulated in writing, our invoices shall be payable net after 60 days for FCL. For LCL the payment shall always be in advance.

Modification in Orders:
Any changes in design or quantity will cancel all previous negotiations or agreements between the parties hereto. The Modifications shall be reported within Four Working days. Late information’s will be considered to be used in next orders.

Sampling:
The Company provides a couple of free samples to its regular customers. Which will always be provided with current orders, else the customer will have to pay for the shipping. The new buyers will pay the sample cost as well as shipping. The delivery time for the samples is 7 - 10 business days

Development and Sampling
Adrish International continues to explore diverse products with quality designs. Our Design team or merchandisers help the buyers with development of new samples and fabrics. Different types of embroideries/Print that can be done in Pakistan. Garments can be developed to suit the color, fabric and style requirements of the current seasons. We will arrange to have the samples made based on the customer’s specific needs - “Sampling Request”. Sampling will take a very short time from the date of receipt of the Inquiry. Alternatively, a range can be developed and the Buyers can choose whatever is suitable for their buying season & can able to provide Salesman sample with actual items

Merchandising team:
Responsible for all communication, sourcing and production follow up. The responsibility to estimate the capacity and space in each factory for production, a sub division of merchandising service is the product development team that helps in sending inspiration and fabric presentations along with sample development to our customers.

Quality Assurance team:
Responsible for sample analysis and time and motion studies, Checking all the proto samples and size sets, conducting: Pilot run / in lines / Mid Inspection / Final Inspections.

Fabric and Garment Testing:
ADRISH in-house along with nominated labs - SGS and ITS LAB, for testing each and every fabric / garment before bulk cutting/manufacturing, we provide a personal service for each buyer’s own standards

About 45-vendor factory is working for us as a regular basis round the year.

We carry out tight and regular inspections, ensuring that our vendors maintain agreed upon requirements, such as: No Child Labor, Health & Safety equipment, environmental waste management, awareness and follow-up of Human rights.

Shipping and Logistics team:
Responsible for ensuring all documents are couriered from our office prior to shipping, facilitating the buyer to obtain the Import licenses.

Quality Assurance team:
Responsible for sample analysis and time and motion studies, Checking all the proto samples and size sets, conducting: Pilot run / in lines / Mid Inspection / Final Inspections.
