Brief introduction of high quality seawater desalination machine
Charateristic:
1. Pre-filtration system
Pre-filtration system employs multimedia filter and dual grade security filters to remove all particles, colloid, and other impurities, guarantee the SDI of RO system less than 5.
2. Reverse osmosis membrane
Reverse osmosis membrane is the core of the seawater desalination plant. Through the RO membrane, about 98% of dissolving salt can be removed from the seawater, producing fresh water with TDS less than 800ppm.
3. (CIP) system
Clean in place(CIP) system is provided to recover seawater RO membrane flux while clogged.
4. Dosing systems
Chemical dosing systems are provided to kill bacteria and protect RO membranes.
5. Recovery device
Energy recovery device(ERD, optional, usually included when permeate flow larger than 150TPD), ERD is an important device to offer energy conversion and conservation for RO seawater desalination. The result is a significant reduction in an SWRO plant’s operation costs.

2. Supplier provides the training for maintenance people for free . if the training carry out at the supplier’s site, the buyer take responsible for their staff travel expense, the supplier take responsible for the meals and accommodation.
