1.What is UF in general?

Ultrafiltration(abbreviate UF) is a process of separating suspended macromolecules from water

by using membrane and pressure differential. The membrane used in the process is a selectively

permeable membrane which resists survival of macromolecules above a certain size when

passing through,and it’s in this manner, it becomes an expert in retaining macromolecules,

colloids, microorganisms and pyrogens and therefor it is commonly applied to community drinking water plant.
