PC board processing:   

 

1) PC board cutting:

       Our company introduces advanced PC board cutting equipment with many properties of cutting pieces precise, stble, less error. It can cut pc board, granular  pc board, particle pc board, pc sheet, which provides more cutting services according to the customers' requirements.General specifications of pc board is 1000mm*1220mm and 1220mm*2440mm. We can also produce or cut different sizes according to the customers' requiremnts.

2) PC sheet, board bending:

      The impact resistance of PC board is up to 3kg/cm. The PC board is 250-300times the impact resistance of the general glass, is 20-30 times of the PMMA plate, and is  2  times  of  the toughened glass, which make it hard to break and don’t have the risk of fracture. It will not crack, when hit by less than 3kg of hammer which drops from two meters. So it enjoyed the reputation of being “unbreakable glass” and “ring of steel”. Owing to excellent impact resistance of PC board, it can be cold formed under normal temperature or hot formed. Our company owns large Press Brakes and Heat chambers, so we can process the cold and hot formed PC board within 2.5 meters. The PC board can be installed into the arched and semicircular ceiling according to the design drawing on the live site with cold formed way. The minimal bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the used board.

3) PC board’s carving

     With the imported and superior PC board, we carve the products according to the drawings or samples provided by the customers. Our company introduces large CNC carving machines, whose precision can be controlled in 0.07mm. So it can cut or carve different kinds of shapes within 1300mm*2500mm, such as all kinds of flat surface with square holes, round holes and multi-angle holes to meet the customers’ requirements that are about all kinds of processing technology of panel, cover and view.

4) PC board’s adhesive

     PC board, pasting with special PC glue, is firm, beautiful, not offset printing, so it is suitable for all kinds of boxes, machinery accessories parts and handicrafts.

    PC board has many physical properties, such as impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, weatherability, which make PC board widely used in such fields as automobile parts’ manufacture, medical equipment, aerospace and electronic appliances and lights. The company adopts imported polycarbonate with high equality and use exact mould, providing customers with various fields of PC board products’ processing and hot bending forming to make the product to maintain a specific sizes and shapes.  Charateristics of pc board:

      Light transmittance: The daylighting is admirable, and the light transmittance rate is up to 85%-91%, so its transparency can be comparable with glass. In sunlight it won’t produce the phenomenon of yellowing, fogging and less light transmittance. UV coated board in the sun does not produce the phenomenon of yellowing, fogging and less light transmittance. The rate of losing light of PC board is only 6%, but PVC is as high as 15%-20% and glass fiber is 12%-20% ten years later.

 

      Weatherability: The surface is covered with anti-ultraviolet co-extrude layer, which can prevent resin from aging and yellowing caused by the sun’s ultraviolet rays. The surface of co-extrude layer with chemical bond can absorb the ultraviolet radiation and translate it into visible light, which has a good stable effect to the plant photosynthesis. It makes sure that it will not fade outdoor in ten years. It can keep all the physical indexes stable within -40 centigrade to 130 centigrade. The yellowing degree is only 2, and the decreasing value of light transmittance is only 0.6 percent.

 

 

       Resistance to flammability: PC board itself can not be spontaneous combustion, and it can quench by itself. It is in accord with the instruction of European Union ROHS and the strict safety standard of UL, and UL 94 fire prevention grade is up to level V0, level V2, level HB. PC board’s flash point is 580 centigrade. It will quench when getting away from the fire and it will not produce toxic gases and not contribute to spreading the fire while burning.

 

 

       Resistance to heat, resistance to cold:  During the temperature from -40 centigrade to +130 centigrade, it will not cause deformation or degrading the quality. PC board will not be brittle in -100 centigrade, as well as be softened in 137.3 centigrade. Its mechanics and mechanical properties don’t have obvious changes in hostile environments.

 

 

       Lightness & Rigidness: It is light. It is only half weight of the glass, 1/3 the weight of acrylic board. Owing to good adaptability and safety, it is easy to handle, drill. When installed, it is not breakable, and construction is simple and safe.

       Energy Saving: It keeps building cool in summer, and keeps them warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (Kvalue) of PC board is lower than common glass and other plastics. The effect of heat insulation is 7%-25% higher than glass with equal level. The highest rate of heat insulation is 49%. Thus it can reduce heat loss greatly, and suit for buildings with warm equipments, which belong to environmental protection material.
