Notes

1.Check and adjust opening pressure regularly;

2.If fuel delivery quantity changes dramaticallyin most cases caused by the orifice blocked by scrap iron ;

3. If injectors are assembled after being cleaned or purged ,the specific composition of nozzle, orifice,and injection line can not be changed casually.

 

Failure Analysis

1 injection with little or no oil spray
(1) The fuel system has an air passage to exclude high or low pressure tubing in air
(2) injection nozzles killed grinding or replacement
(3) fuel pump oil supply is not ruled out by normal methods to find out why fuel pump failure treatment
(4) High-pressure pipeline leak tighten the nut, tubing existing cracks should be replaced
(5) Replace worn injection nozzles or grinding
2 injection pressure is low
(1) according to the provisions regulating screw loose re-adjusted to a predetermined pressure, and tighten the lock nut
(2) Adjust or replace regulator spring deflection
(3) Cleaning or polishing jammed needle
(4) The spring seat, jack and other parts wear repair or replace
3 injection pressure is too high
(1) regulating the required high spring force to re-adjust to a predetermined pressure, and tighten the lock nut
(2) needle stick or abrasive cleaning
(3) to clean clogged orifices or replace nozzle orifices (nozzles)
4 injector oil spill:
(1) be replaced with new spring spring break regulator
(2) replacement of needle valve body seat surface damage
(3) needle grinding killed cleanup or replacement
(4) change the line tight cap replacement
(5) the injector body wear flat grinding or replacement
5 injector atomization bad:
(1) low injection pressure is adjusted to a predetermined pressure
(2) injector seat surface is damaged or burned grinding or replacement
(3) injection nozzles garbage cleaned mating surfaces
6 injection into the line:
(1) with a diameter of spray clogging 0.2-0.3MM wire to clear the nozzle
(2) the needle valve body seat surface excessive wear replacement of needle valve body
(3) needle grinding killed cleaning or replacement
7 needle surface burn or blue-black (diesel engine overheat) Check the cooling system, and note that the replacement couplings. Do not overload diesel long run.
