When the thickness of Aluminium sheet itself is more than 3mm, it's not suitable for the color coated Aluminum product to be made as coil. However,  we can also provide you with color coated Aluminum plate through special technology. The process line is as below.

3. Kraft paper as second layer  

4. Cardboard card as third layer 

5. Criss-cross steel strip to fix outside. After packaged well, pallets will be transport to seaport by truck, and will be loaded container with our supervised.

2. Which materials are need to provide by the customer to have an accurate quotation?

In order to make a more precise quotation, please illustrate the conditions to us, such as the Alloy and temper,  the dimension,  color and the quantity. Especially, please tell me if the coated sheet you want is one-side coated or two-side coated, single paint or double paint or three paint (primer, finishing coat and varnish), the thickness of the aluminium sheet and coating layer? Then I can offer you with more information, such as tolerance and quotation.
