How to order from you?

1>You send us an inquiry.

2>We give you quotation based on the details of size/color/quantity.

3>You accept the prices, then we make samples accordingly.

4>We send samples to you for approval. .

5>Your received samples and confirmed and order.

6>You pay 50%deposit.

7>We start to production.

8>After the production finished , we send you pictures of items , you pay 50% balance .

9>We arrange shipment by sea or by air or through express company.

10>We give you details of shipping documents for receive order.

11>You prepare import custom and ship to your destination .

How to pay?

We accept payment by T/T , Paypal , western Union ,cash, 

50% deposit, 50% balance should be paid before shipment. 

For larger order ,after the order is confirmed , you pay 50 %deposit first.after finished production ,we show you pictures of order items before delivery,you pay 50% balance .

For small amount order , the payment will be done once at the time of place order.

depend on material, size, printing, quantity and so on.

Packaging & Shipping 

1. By Courier: As pouches and bags are very small CBM products, and if you buy less than 2 CBM, we suggest you to ship the goods by courier such as DHL, EMS, UPS, TNT or Fedex. Our courier partner is DHL and EMS, they give very big discount for us. So pls kindly contact me about shipping cost. Goods can reach you directly to your door. And you don't need to do customs clearance in most occassions. Usually it takes around 1 week for delivery.

2. By air: And you can also choose to ship by air. In this way, you need to pick up goods from your local airport. And you need to do customs clearance at your side. Usually it takes around 4-10 days for delivery.

3. If you buy in a very big quantity which is more than 2 CBM, or if you have different products to mix into one container in China, we suggest you to ship by sea. Please contact me about FOB or CNF cost. Usually it takes the longest time for delivery.

Sample Policy

We offer samples, with sample costs,shipping and taxes paid by the buyer .
