It is first acid-washed, then blew the residual acid by using a a high-pressure air guns to prevent from rusted and reducing the weld strength. Finally, baking finished .

The Truck A-Frame is constructed from two Standard A-Frame joined by a cross bar, They are locked by a M12-7 screw , also there is welded by a 5mm thick reinforced plate.
