A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q2. What about the sample lead time?

A: If you can send us your samples, we can copy and produce for you to test quality and color matching. Samples will be ready within 10-14 days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: Low MOQ, every size 10 cartons per color is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by sea. Airline is also optional.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on carton?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.

Q7: Do you charge for samples and freight?

A: In our company policy, the samples will be free for 1 solid color and 1 woodgrain. But freight will be on customer's account, freight charges will be returned  to you in your first official  order.
