Low pressure fan VDFJ type fan

VDFJ LOW PRESSURE FAN AND VGFJ HIGH PRESSURE FAN FOR PROVIDING AIR PRESSURE TO THE PNEUMATIC SYSTEM (PNEUMATIC CONVEYING, PNEUMATIC CLEANING, PNEUMATIC DUST REMOVING ETC.) IN THE WHEAT/ CORN FLOUR MILLING LINE/ PLANT.

Applications:

VDFJ and VGFJ low pressure fan and high pressure Fan machine are high efficiency machine, it used widely in 

grain processing industrial, ventilation, drying and cooling, and many other machines which require air consumption 

necessarily when working, especially work with purifier and destoner machines. The VDFJ and VGFJ both can 

help to achieve technical requirements. 

Structure:

The fan is composed of an air outlet, fan vane, fan casing, air inlet, fan base, and the transmission.

Air inlet: Air comes into the fan through this area.

Fan Vane: The main part of the fan, a circular structure including 10, 12 or more vanes.

Machine casing: Machine casing is the air collector.

Air outlet: Air will be pushed out from the air outlet

Machine base: Machine base is the fixing base for machine shell and transmission.

Transmission: It is the driving system for the fan.

Features: 

1. High efficiency with low power 

Every components have been carefully designed, can get high efficiency effect, max efficiency could reach 

91%.

2. Smoothly running and low noise

Fan adopted Circular Arc Vane, which gives outstanding aerodynamics effects. All vanes are manufactured by 

laser cutting machine, to ensure accuracy when operating. And also VDFJ and VGFJ has very low working noise 

due to carefully manufactured and balanced. 

3. Excellent design and easy maintenance

Fan circular arc vane is fixed on motor's axis directly, which different traditional bearing system. Reduced bearing,

pulley, axis, shelf etc components, which can save 30-50% weight and also save considerable space. 

Convenience for installation and maintenance. 

4. This air outlet of the fan can be designed at 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, 270°, 315° for different

installations.

5. There are two type of transmission, A transmission mode (link motor with fan directly) and C 

transmission mode (V-belt transmission)

Parameter:

The complete set flour mill production line includes following sections:

1. The raw wheat receiving section and wheat pre-cleaning machines

This sections for receiving wheat into raw wheat silos, and apply Drum pre-cleaning sieve or Vibrating screen to

 make pre-cleaning, for removing big and small impurities from wheat before conveyed into wheat silos

2. The first time wheat cleaning and dampening section and machines:

The first time cleaning section for removing big and small impurities from wheat, applying vibrating screen, de-stoner, magnetic separator, wheat scourer, wheat washer(wet cleaning), screw dampener(dry cleaning) to remove wheat straw, stones, soil blocks, metallic impurities etc and control the moisture of wheat. 

To keep quality of wheat and save machines. Then the wheat will be conveyed into conditioning silos.

 3. The second time wheat cleaning sections and cleaning machines:

After conditioning silos, starting the second time wheat cleaning sections, the main purpose is for strengthening

 the cleaning efficiency, keeping the quality of wheat flour and the safe of milling machines. Including vibrating 

screen, de-stoner, wheat scourer, air suction separator etc.

4. The flour milling sections and flour milling machines:

After second time cleaning section, the wheat is clean and with suitable moisture, so now it is time to mill. In this

 section, the main purpose is milling wheat into semolina or flour, and grading flour according to different mesh 

requested, to get Flour 1, Flour 2 and other special purpose flour. Applying roller mills, plansifter, bran finisher, 

purifier, impact detacher etc.

  5. The flour blending section and machines:

The purpose of flour blending section is mixing some kinds of flour produced from different kinds of raw materials

 (raw wheat) according to a certain proportion, and adding suitable amount of additives according to the requirements

 of flour processing, then mixing all kinds of powder materials evenly, to meet the demand of the wheat flour production,

 the nutrition is more suitable for people, but also can make the production process and product quality stable. The 

flour blending section is indispensable in the production of special purpose flour. Main machines: paddle mixer, 

tubular screw conveyor, vibrating discharger, flour blending silos, flour blending scale etc.

6. The weighing and packing section:

This section for weighing and packing the final production, wheat flour and wheat bran by weighing machine and

 packing machine.

7. PLC control system and power distribution cabinets: 

fully automatic controlling system with a lot of balancer, sensor, etc. Automatically display raw wheat,clean 

wheat, flour, bran instant flowing quantity, flowing percentage, and a percentage for a fixed time. 

With working history checking system, fault alarm system and data printer.
