1 Pinholes of blade are grinded and polished by Germany CNC, the accuracy can reach 5 um. Has remarkable advantage compare with other blade’s 20 um accuracy.

2 Vacuum heat-treatment technology makes the hardness of blade even, no deformation, no decrease though grinding.

3 The Netrogen furnace cryogenic technology.

4 Ultrasonic flaw detection, X-ray detection, hardness detection etc. more than twenty detecting program.

5 Non-adhensive laser coating increase the blade life-time about 3-5 times and reduces the consumption cost about 20%-50%

6 Unique package: each one has certificate, grinding drawing, instruction manual, carrying glove, hook and spare bolt.

7 Blade applicable for Germany Fischer, Netherland VMI, Korea Seyen, Konstrukta, Japan Mitsubishi, US and China cutting line.
