Chapter2 Main Structure of Equipment
1. Cylinder Part: 2pcs cylinder molds: φ1500mm×2300mm. 2pcs couch rollers: φ400mm×2400mm. Rubber hardness: Shaw 38±2°. 1pcs return roll: Φ400mm×2400mm. Rubber hardness: Shaw 90±2°. There are 2pcs pressure type forming cylinder machine and 2pcs reciprocating removing high pressure sprinkler head device.
2. Press Part: one stone roll: φ650mm×2400mm, one rubber roll: φ600mm×2400mm. Rubber hardness: Shaw: 90±2°with pneumatic pressure equipment.
3. Dryer: 1pcs dryer cylinder: φ2500mm×2300mm and 3pcs φ1500mm×2300mm, the arrangement of these dryer: (1+3). 1pcs touch roll: φ2500mm×2300mm, 1pcs rubber roll: φ400mm×2400mm, rubber hardness: Shaw 90±2°with pneumatic pressure equipment.
