 JB-190 vertical mortar mixer can be used for the construction and maintenance of the

high-rise buildings, road and rail bridges, slope, care, prestressed component. The mixer is small size, light weight, easy installation and operation.

1. Loading of ash, sand and other materials, but the maximum particle size should not more than 5 mm, and shall not be mixed with stones and other debris.

2.Furnish: the choice of materials and preparation should according to engineering design requirements.

V Instructions for use

1. Preparation before starting

(1) Before use, the reducer should be lubricated, the procdure as follows:

A,The reducer should be filled oil to the upper edge of oil window’

B,Adding the slurry to tube for four stages 40L, 80L, 120L, 180L, and mixing not less than 15 minutes each stage,

C,You should replace lubricant when mixer work about 1000 hours.

(2) Check various components of the mixer whether they are installed firmly,

(3) Check the mixer whether it is installed stable,

(4) Check the wires, switches, fuses and other electrical appliances whether they are safe,

(5) The suction hose of mortar pump and the discharge port of mixer should be connected tightly.

2. Operating rules

(1) Let the discharge handle on close position.

(2) Switching on the power, and then adding water, cement, sand or stone by proportion.

(3) When the slurry mixed well, rotating discharge handle, and let slurry leak into a storage barrel. Adjusting the speed of the vent pulp and not allow storage barrel serous excessive accumulation.

 VI Attention

1. In addition to add amount of water before loading , some water should also be added when mixing. Otherwise, the agitator in the state of mixing semi- dry material, the resistance is too large and will damaged components.

2. When mixer working, do not put arm or objects inside the mixing tube or barrel storage, so as not to cause injury or other accident.

3. When mixer work intermittently, the time interval should not more than five minutes.

4. After use, you should clean mixer with water in time to prevent the slurry solidified.
