Technical Performance

♦ hydraulic jack 3 ton is divided into many models, such as 100 ton, 150 ton, 200 ton, 250 ton, 300 ton and to 650 ton. Their strokes are all 200mm. Technical performance shows in table 1.

♦ Tool anchorage and restraining plate accessories will be used with stressing jack when tension.

Method of Application

1. Working anchor, jack and tool anchor shall be installed according to Fig. 2 before tensioning.

2. Feed oil to Circuit A (tensioning cylinder) of jack for tensioning. Adjust throttle valve of oil pump to control oil pressure and tensioning speed.

3. Clips of tool anchor will automatically clamp the strand when the piston stretches out. Clips of working anchor are retained by restraining plate and are taken out slightly and will not leave the working anchor.
