Application:

    DYJ Multi-Function Lubrication Oil Purifier is developed according to the characteristics of various lubrication oils and used to process multiple types of lubrication oil, such as gear oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, freezer oil, compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, internal-combustion oil, heat treatment oil etc. During the process, it quickly removes impurities, water, gas, tiny hydrocarbon and acid contained in the oil by flash evaporation to enhance the quality if oil and recover the capacity of lubricating oil, make it like new one.

Characteristic

1. Considering different required cleanness from various customers, we integrated different precision filter elements as a precise multi-stage filtration system which can remove mechanical impurities from oil more effectively.
2. Highly effective breaking emulsification, dehydration and degassing system. Adopted big cubage, reinforced three- dimension flash evaporating tower, membrane evaporation technology and large area multiple-level separation technology of oil, water and gas to remove water content, gas, light hydrocarbon and light acid.
3. Advanced pressure protection device and infrared liquid level control system can ensure the safety operation of the machine.
4. Stable automatic, manual electric heating temperature-control system guarantees the oil heated equally and the temperature stable.
5. Adopted highly effective strong air-cooling condensed system which can quickly decrease the temperature to draw out water vapor as well as water.
