Machine Specification:

This machine can be applied to the surface coating of a variety of flat or slightly rough products such as flooring,furniture,boards,glass and metal products.

This machine has good coating work efficiency and maximizes savings in paint. Products coated by it have mirror-smooth surface coating.

Curtain knife adopted a two-way adjustable structure, its gap has an adjustable spacing of 100mm.

Curtain head has specially treated with a smooth inner wall to adoid the generation of air bubbles due to resistance. The knife head adopted a European-style independent structure and it is separated with the delivery system to reduce vibration and move easily.

Conveyor belt ismade of imported 3mm PU material which tolerate manh kinds of solvent and free from delaminationg. The conveyor belt has increased bottom weight and changeable frequency, adjustable speed and no vibration.

The bearings adopt sealing structure to prevent paint soak.

This machine equipped with a large-capacity electrical thermostatic oil tank, an oil pump. It has excellent filter effects and steady flow.

There are four layers of filter meshes built in the oil tank, which could effectively filter the impurities at the refluxing process of paints.

This machine has equipped with a dubble-diminishing device, no bubble will produce when just 100-150kg paint is cycling in the oil tank.

This machine has designed a unique slow-flow system to reduce the bubble produced due to fall during the cycling process of paint.

The precise temperature controlling devices could detect the actual temperature of the paint.

Dustproof cover designed to prevent dust and paint curtain drift.

This machine manufactured sophisticatedly with novel and beautiful shaped designs.
