‘Quality’ is the life of MagicKing. In order to ensure all products meet our ultimate goal of 0% defect rate, we have implemented the following procedures:

1. IQC: Inspect Raw Material

All raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before entering production facilities. All unqualified materials are immediately rejected
2. IPQC: Inspect during Production

We provide quality control testing and analysis for each product line
a. Workers manufacture products in accordance with provided technical documents. The first several products of each day will be checked first by the worker, then by our full time QC inspectors. Mass production will begin only if the products have been tested and have passed inspection
b. during mass production, QC Supervisor will periodically check products to ensure randomized testing. Our QC team completes a tour of inspection and parts are spot checked before they are able to move on to the next phase in production
3. FQC: Inspect Finished Products

100% Finished products are checked to determine their quality level, normally we process below testing for finished Tablet PC Products:

1. Functioning inspect: Appearance, screen, Keyboard, Wifi, WLAN, Camera, all Card Slot and USB Slot, G-Sensor, Bluetooth,  Microphone, Speaker, GPS, and 3G function if have (our Final QC is very thorough)
2. Accessory Test: Battery, USB Cable, Earphone, Charger, TF card

Only 0% bright spot on the screen for the products is acceptable level in our factory. We process 100% final QC TWICE. We charge battery for 3 to 5 hours twice for 100% to ensure the stability of each product. There is no other company which will undertake tests to the quality and strictness that we do

4. Quality Feedback for Improving Quality Level

Quality feedback from the marketing department is rapidly and efficiently delivered to the QC and technical departments, allowing design improvements and corrections to happen as quickly as possible

We do not allow any electronic product to leave our factory without it having met the highest quality standards. You can always count on MagicKing products and be always assured of their quality.

All electronic products (included brand ones) may have problem after used by a period of time. We provide 1 year warranty for all our products, 2 years for USB flash drive. Please contact me if you need our detailed warranty term.
