 In order to meet the requirement of production capacity, we design the whole unit into 4-nozzles/6 nozzles/8 nozzles filling. Bottle will be conveyed to rotary plate along conveyor, and then the bottle will move to filling head, the filling head has been installed detector, and there are 4 sets/6 sets/8sets electronic balances under these stations, which can fulfill automatic counting for 4/6/8 bottles(buckets). When there are 4/6/8 bottles on the electronic balances, the filling head will move down and fill the bottle.

It adopts electronic balance for metering the raw material; the pump can absorb the liquid automatically. And the filling volume can be controlled by touch screen of the electronic style.

Filling part is easy to adjust. You only adjust filling quantity to meet different specs. It is also easy to clean, you don’t have to disassemble the unit, just fill with water to clean the filling machine.

The 5 Gallon barreled production machine is composed by frame(75*45 SS square pipes), sealing panel ,chain , chain wheel , barrel holder , water pump, electrical appliance , driving system, filling system, cap manage and press system and so on . barrel inlet chain adopts 1304 roller chain . barrel holder adopts high strength nylon main shaft driving with pneumatic . it is stable and precise location .in order to prevent pump empty running the lye tank and sterilize liquid tank adopts float signal alarm. The total equipment comment controlled by PLC. Jet nozzle adopts rotate types in order to complete washing from full directions. On the top of the cap manager  there is a speed regulator motor which made in TAIWAN. No noise. Cap press adopts continually chain pressing caps . it is heeling condition with springs to buffer . there are sieve and  feeding inlet in order to add sterilize liquid and water easy. Every connect pipes adopts SS pipes .
