BEROCKS Crackle Spray Coating

Preparation before Application:

    a.The place for application should be clean and never have the oil and organic solvent, Otherwise the painting effect will be influenced.

    b. Stir well before use.

    c.The sample that does not need to paint should be away from the place during the Spraying time.

Application Process:

    a.Brush the primer (our water based resin coating) on the based material that is rubbed smoothly,clean and dry .For example:please brush firstly the red color primer on the based material if you need to appear the small grain of red when the crackle paint is cleaving.

    b.Brush the LV-88 water based crackle paint after the primer is drying (about 2 to 4 hours according to the temperature and the humidity).The dryness of the crackle paint is set by users’ demands.Usually about 70-80% drying,the effect is the best.(the dryness does not affect cracking,and just affect the crackle’s size and texture).

    c.Brush the top coat on the crackle paint.The top coat is our water based colored paint that is prepared for the crackle paint.It will form the crackle after the top coat makes reaction with the middle layer.

Kindly remind:

    a.Make sure the water based paints of the bottom,middle and top layers are produced by us.

    b.Do not mix with the lacquer thinner and other paints.

    c.Avoid application under the condition of the temperature below 10°C and the humidity over 80%.

    d.Use the primer that is suitable with the wooden based materials when doing above application.

    e.If there are other kinds of thebased materials,you should use the primer that is suitable with them.

    f.If necessary,please contact with us in time.

Attention:

Crack effect is appeared by many kinds of paint, so the crackle paint must be full fused in the first layer or multilayer paint surface with same characters.
