Q:  Are the products in your website all available to order directly?

A:  Except the wholesale items, other designs on our websites are to show customers what kind of products we can do. VANSEE produce customized design garments for you. If you point a product or send us a picture, we can make same style with it. 

Q:  The prices show on your web are not clear, how can I get an exact price / quotation list ? 

A:   In order to calculate the cost based on your requirement, plz kindly send us your design images, or let us know more of your ideas. 

( designs / fabric / colors / logo / label / sizes all can be customzed ) 

Q:  Can I have a sample to check quality ? Is there any fee for it ? 

A:  Before you place order, sample fee is US$ 50~100 /piece (depending on your designs / requirements ), not including shipping cost.

 If order is confirmed, PP samples are free for you, and shipping cost will be paid by us under the right circumstances. 

Q:  How can I contact you directly to avoid time difference?
