Structural features:
- Large plate vulcanizing press is adopt frame structures,the platen and plunger are all made of superior material,they are accuracy processed and have high wear-resistance.
- Electrical system adopts PLC control, convenient and correct.Controlled by PLC, several programs could to be process through automatic control, to check and adjust the heating temperature with automatic, improving control level, labor strength and product efficiency.
- This large plate vulcanizing press is used to produce textile construction coneyor belt, such as ordinary rubber conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt, PVG belt, steel wire core conveyor belt etc.
- The machine is mainly used for vulcanizing and processing large rubber components, rubber products and large width rubber conveyor belt.
