1.Semi-auto  recycling production line

Semi-auto Waste tire recycling system includes Ring cutter, Loop machine, strip cutter and block cutter.

This product line is used to produce the waste tyre into rubber powder or rubber crumb. Through ring, strips , rim cutter ,processing tyre into 3.5cm block, Second, Separating the steel and rubber from tire circle mouth parts. Thirdly, using XKP400/450/560 tire crusher, Then using rubber screen, magnetic system and conveyer, It can be made 10-30 mesh powder.

1.The whole tyre cutting stage

This stage contains 4 machines, ring cutter, strips cutter, block cutter, steel wire separator.

1-1.Ring Cutter: Cut the sidewall and the top of tire's connection

Strucutre

1. This machine is mainly used to crush/crack/shred waste tire and waste rubber, for breaking, plasticizing and mixing rubber materials, the structure is open gear transmission.

2.Our products are simple and rational in structure, beautiful in shape, easy to install and operate, reasonable in price ,safe and credible.

3.The rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface. The two rollers are grooved. The bored rolls can be cooled homogeneously through inputting steam and cooling water. The two rollers rotate reversely with different speed, so that rubber material can be processed.
