We mainly produce animal feed pellet making line machines , such as animal feed crusher, feed mixer, animal feed pellet machine, dryer and pellet cooler , pellet packing machine and all conveyors etc. . For feed mixer machine list as below : 

 

1. Feed mixer is widely used in mix the animal feed and fertilizer powder, granules,etc.. Also can mix the biomass materials such as sawdust, straw, stalk, paper powder etc.. It can mix more than two type materials, has liquid adding system, which can add various of liquid. Mixing time per batch is just 30-90 seconds, now it is widely used in chemical industry, wood processing factory, animal feed industry, fertilizer industry, aquatic product breeding, medicine and so on.

 

2.Feed mixer has two feeding door on top, one is used to add main materials , the other is used to add additive. the output doors both have manual and pneumatic type, generally larger than 1000 Model generally will install pneumatic type, in this way, no need to operate by manual. The discharge speed is fast, and there is no residual, but pneumatic discharging type needs to buy extra air compressor.

. Also it contains liquid pump, which can add liquid , when liquid spray to mixer ,will become steam, making high mixing efficiency.

 

 3.Feed mixer mixing time is short (3-6minutes/batch). Adding input and output time, the mixing time is about 15-20minutes per batch(full load working), it can mix 3-4times per hour. The degree of homogeneity is high(CV is smaller than 5%)

 

4. All steel materials of feed mixer can be changed into full stainless or just carbon steel , that will be designed according to your mixing materials characteristics.
