Tapioca starch production line supply by Zhengzhou Jinghua Industry Co.,Ltd. is a very professional and full automatic production line. The finished product is food grade tapioca starch. The whole process is divided into four sections:

A. Washing section: Purpose of this section was to complete the flow, from the cassava silo to processing section, of raw material, cassava tuber. In this process the following work was finished: impurity and mud removing, washing etc. Only if good washing effect can the cassava starch extraction be guaranteed. 

Main equipment

Dry Sieve: The machineis mainly used for cleaning out soil, sand attached on potatoes, and potato skin

 and so on.

Paddle Washer

The machine adopts principle of countercurrent washing to effectively clean out mud and sand.

B. Processing section: In this section cassava will be rasped into thick slurry and starch and fiber will be separated. Then this slurry will be pumped to centrifuge sieve and starch and fiber will be separated. The slurry will be refined by means of disc separator. The protein liquid and refined starch slurry will be separated by this machine. Fiber will be dehydrated by the fiber compressor. Then refined starch slurry will be dehydrated in the centrifuge. The moisture of starch after dehydration is about 39% or so. Then it will be conveyed to drying section. 

Cutting Machine

 The machine is widely used for cracking of big material. The pre crush section for fresh cassava roots.

Rasper 

Widely used in potato starch and cassava starch processing to crash and rasp the raw materials.

Centrifugue Sieve

Big capacity, low power consumption, stable operation, high starch extraction, high starch extraction and easily washing. Widely used for starch extraction in starch factory.

C.Drying section: 

To dry the wet starch, with the moisture content of 39%, in the pulse style drying section is the purpose of this section. Starch will become 13.5% of final product after separation of cyclone and starch sifter. It will be packed and stored in the final products storage house. 

Airflow drying system

Fully considered each factor of turbulent flow, cyclone separating and heat exchange. Used for cassava starch, sweet potato starch, potato starch, wheat starch, corn starch, drying.

D. Electric control system: 

This electric control system mainly consists of MCC motor control cabinet, OCC motor control central cabinet, PLC programmable control cabinet, LCB on site operate box etc. All this cabinets are adopting steel shell and painted with plastic. It has a fine grounding and electricity insulation in accordance the IEC international standard. 

Auto control system

 Auto control system is composed of MCC cabinet, OCC control cabinet, PLC programmable cabinet, LCB on site control cabinet and industry control computer. 

All these controlling technology ensure the continuity, stability and reliability of starch production.
