The company was named as ALM because it was an audio lab for multimedia founded by a few zealot engineers in America. ALM Technology (Hong Kong) Limited was officially founded in Jun 2008, whose investors consisted of MWM Acoustics LLC, a well-known acoustic company from America, and an expert elite team in Bluetooth wireless and acoustic technology from China. Afterwards, MWM transferred its investments and became a subsidiary company of Harman, the leading global audio group, 500 tops of the world. From then on, ALMCs investors from China run the company independently, and soon ALM became a qualified supplier for Harman.

Currently, ALM concentrates on developing Bluetooth stereo headset products with professional sound quality, which consists of following product categories.
