Q:What's your delivery time? If i need products very urgent, how can I get it?
1.The stock samples can be sent to you within 3-5days by international express after received
2.The batch order can be shipped to you in about 10-15days after order confirmation (by air or by sea)

Q: How long i can get your reply after I send inquiry.
You can get reply within 24hour from Monday to Friday, and within 48hours at weekend. If need urgent, please call us directly.

Q:What's your warranty & after service policy?
12 Months for all products, and some products warranty is 24months. Usually offer 1% spare parts free for your after service and this parts will send with order goods together.
