The current probe amplifiers of CPA3000 and CPA4000 are used with current probes of CP3000 and 4000 in our company, so that the measurement of current is enabled to be more convenient and accurate. Additionally, the current probe amplifiers are completely compatible with Tektronix current probes of TCP300/TCP400 series, and applicability of the product is well expanded. The applicable current probes are as below:
CP3120(30A/70MHz is suitable for CPA3000 )
CP3050(50A/50MHz is suitable for CPA3000 )
CP3030(150A/15MHz is suitable for CPA3000 )
CP4040(500A/5MHz is suitable for CPA4000 )
