It is usually 6 edge or 8 edge , 40-50 mm thick rubber synthetic component.

Its outside is covered with high quality vulcanized rubber.There are several steel positioning bushing inside.

There are many multiple high strength wire among the steel bushes. The vulcanization quality and layers of wire will directly influence the flexible disk performance;
