4. How long to prepare an order?

We have so many on sale, if your order are all in stock, then can prepare within 2days. if no stock, and you want, please contact our customer service to further discuss.

5.Can I get a discount?

Of course.If your order is over USD500.00, we give you a discount upon your order. The more you order,the more discount you will get. If you need more information about our specific discount policy, please contact our customer service

6.How long I would get the goods?

Usually we ship by DHL/FEDEX/UPS, you can get the goods within 3-5days. If you choose other shipping method, please contact our customer service.

7. How to pay?

You can pay by ESCROW on alibaba online,or Western union online, Paypal online, ISBC Bank, CCB Bank and Bank of HSBC HK are acceptable recently.

8.Can I have our own design?

Sure you can, if you have design picture or ideas, when we got, our designer will according to your picture or ideas to draw/design picutes, after you confirm, then can arrange our factory to make it out.

9. What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?
Before we ship, our QC have checked all good , please for sure. In case , when ship, it maybe destroy the products, but do not worry, please take photo for us refer to confirm, then will replace new one for you in your new order.

10. How long the gold color last?

The products are vacuum plating 18k,22k and 24k real gold. Can keep at least 2years not fade out.
