Introuduce:

Series RCDF oil cooling electromagnetic separator usually suspend on the conveyor belt or over the head pulley and absorb the ferromagnetic impurities from the non-magnetic materials automatically.
Series RCDF oil cooling electromagnetic separator adds iron discharge structure which composes of driving motor, roll, frame and iron discharging belt with scraper on the basis of series RCDE oil cooling electromagnetic separator .
Series RCDF oil cooling electromagnetic separator adopt high temperature heat conductive oil to cool down the heat and control of the temperature rise effectively.

Working principle:

When the iron separator running according to the operation program,the iron in the material should be attracted by the strong magnetic field strength,at the moment that the power of the reducer passes on to the iron discharging belt through the chain ,chain wheel and the driving roller,will force flings the attracted iron out of the transportation belt,then get the goal of iron-cleaning.
