Function

Generally this type machine is electricity powered, but according to customers’ request, it could also be assembled to internal combustion engine powered type, or made into draught movable type. And according to customers’ request, we could also design and produce particular type machine, or assemble conveying system sending material in and out, screening equipment, drying equipment, baling equipment, crushing equipment, briquetting equipment, granulating equipment and so on.

Work Principle 

Fiber Open Machine is a kind equipment processing palm fruit bunch, coconut coir and sisal root into fiber. Raw material is sent into the feeding device by conveyor or worker. The blades on high-speed rotating main shaft break the raw material and open the fiber. The residue be separated out by screen mesh, and the fiber be sent out directly from outlet. At the same time, the conveying system can be connected to the outlet, so the outcome fiber could be sent to further process, such as screened, dried, compressed and baled, crushed, etc.

Working Process

1. By worker or conveyor, the raw material is sent to feeding device and come into the machine.

2. The raw material is broken by the blades on the rotating main shaft

3. Breaking Principle:The material is rotated, stirred and rubbed into fiber by machine, come out from outlet.

4. On the rubbing box of machine, there are drain holes, which can drain the impurities from breaking and don't mix with the result fiber;

5.Generally the result fiber still need to be screened one more time, so it can become end fiber.
