1, What is your time of preparing samples?
Usually it will take 1~3 days to prepare the samples.

2, How about the samples?
We could send you the samples but the freight are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would refund you the courier cost. Please be rest assured of that.

3,What are your payment terms?
We accept 30% T/T in advance, 70% against copy of B/L.

4, What is the location of your company?
Our company is located in the biggest stone trade city Xiamen China. If you would like to have a visit, you are much welcome.

5, What are your main products?
Our main products are Granite Slabs,Tiles, paving stone, Monument, and so on. And also we offer OEM services.

6, Do you have your own factory ?

QUALITY CONTROL

1. Polished: Black slabs/tiles: polishing +95 degree; Other colored slabs/tiles: polishing +85 degree;
2. Color Variation: No color variation for most stones. We can pack the same color tiles in the same crates with color marks according to clients' requirements;
3. Flamed: Flame will be uniform throughout the slabs or tiles and brushed evenly on slabs after flaming;
4. Thickness: +/-1.0mm in tolerance for slabs; +/-0.5mm in tolerance for tiles.

Packing & Shipping

2. Tiles and other cut to size products with wooden crates or pallet;
3. Pebble stones and stone chips should be packed with PVC or woven bags;
4. All the wooden packaging should be Treated and Marked in compliance with ISPM 15;
5. We can load 18-27tons of goods in one 20 feet container, the cargo weight depends on different countries raw;
6. We can ship the cargoes by vessel, truck, train or airplane.
