CAPABILITY AND STRUCTURE
This machine applies four-cylinder open process to wipe off matters in pushmina before dipping them.
The roller mill applies spring to add pressure,which guarantee the max pressure of 12 tons.The roller is made of cast steel.
The first and second dipping tanks apply peaked tanks with water spilling tanks,which guarantee long period of water working time and laege washing space.It is convenient for cleaning with stable emplacement.
The cycliod gear speed reducers are applied in the whole dipping tanks and roller mills the efficiency is over 90%.The machine can economize power with small location and
       convenient maintenance.
The key and spare parts of the dipping tanks are made of SUS304 stainless steel and are welding,which is beautiful and guarantee the long service life.
The whole rakes of the dipping tanks are crankshaft transfer is stable operated with spare parts.Also the transfer guarantee long service life.
The water pump apply different material pump with the same kind of LBC061 which can both economize money and commonly use.
The pile shade of the drying pit applies frequency conversion timing structure.It can change speed according diffient demand.It has long service life, convenient for maintenance and high transfer efficiency.
