Function description:

1.The forming frame is made of high-strengh rectangular steel ,so it makes the machine run           steadily .                                                        

2.The guilding column adopts the 45# steel and has a chromeplated surface, so it is perfect in torsional strengh and wear resistence .            

3.The guilding sleeve adopts the modern composite bearing ,so it is very firm and durable .                                                     

4.The equipted moulds are totally processed by carburization ,so they are very firm and wearable .It's life is three times longer than the regular moulds .                                                               

5.The hydraulic circuit adopts the Taiwan three-segment pressure valve , so the particular motion pressure can be adapted .It runs very smoothly .     

6.The vibration part uses the same theory as the type ten machine,it has the frequency momo-generater and axe rotating technology.            

7.The palletizing machine adopts the changeable frequency control with the speed changeable .So it can run automatically and save electricity .
